All instrumental tracks, including but not limited to MP3, WAV, and all derivative audio formats (“Instrumentals”), are original works copyrighted and owned exclusively by SLEAUXWAVE/Gleauxwave Records® and are fully registered with ASCAP. Purchase of an instrumental does not grant ownership of the underlying composition or master recording. All usage rights—including distribution, commercial release, performance rights, publishing splits, royalty participation, and master-use terms—are subject to individual contractual negotiation at the time of sale.
Instrumentals may not be duplicated, resold, redistributed, remixed, altered, reverse-engineered, or used in any manner outside the expressly agreed-upon license. Unauthorized reproduction, sampling, modification, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited. All rights not expressly granted in writing are reserved by SLEAUXWAVE/Gleauxwave Records®.
Credit must be given as “Produced by SLEAUXWAVE”
Royalty structures, publishing percentages, and mechanical split terms will be determined and confirmed in writing upon purchase.
By purchasing or using any Instrumental, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and understands that violation may result in legal action, statutory damages, and removal of the work from all platforms.
